Using Fewsend

You are responsible for your account, uploaded contacts, email content, and the legal basis for contacting recipients. Use the service only for lawful communication that follows Google's policies and applicable privacy and marketing laws. Do not send spam, deceive recipients, evade suppression lists, or use additional accounts to bypass sending limits.

You review and approve messages before they are sent. Fewsend cannot read replies with its send-only Gmail permission. Check your inbox before approving follow-ups. Mark replies and bounces accurately. Fewsend can pause sending when authorization expires, your plan lapses, or a safeguard prevents delivery.

Plans and payments

The trial lasts 14 days and includes one workspace without a card. The monthly plan costs $15 per workspace. The limited $79 lifetime offer includes one workspace and future features for the life of the service. Additional workspaces require a subscription. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and shows applicable taxes and purchase terms at checkout. Manage cancellations through your account's billing portal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A plan lapse pauses sending and follow-ups. Your data remains readable and exportable until you delete your account. Delivery is not guaranteed. Google or recipient servers can reject, delay, or filter messages.

Data processing agreement

For personal data you upload about recipients, you are the controller and Fewsend is your processor. Processing lasts while the data is held for your account. Its purpose is email preparation, delivery, record keeping, and suppression. Data subjects are your contacts; data may include names, business email addresses, custom CSV fields, message content, and attachments. Do not upload special-category personal data.

Fewsend processes that data only on your documented instructions, including your use of the service, unless law requires otherwise. We limit access to authorized persons under confidentiality obligations and use access controls and encrypted mailbox tokens. We assist with rights requests, security incidents, and controller obligations where relevant. We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.

You authorize the providers on the subprocessor list for the stated functions. Before launch, the operator must execute the relevant provider agreements and establish a process to notify customers of subprocessor changes and handle objections. International transfers require appropriate safeguards. On deletion, we remove or return your data except where retention is legally required. We provide information reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance and arrange necessary audits under agreed confidentiality and security conditions.

Ending use

You can export records and delete your account from account settings. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. An email already submitted to Gmail cannot be recalled. We may suspend unlawful or abusive use and will provide notice where practicable.
