Fewsend helps you prepare, review, and send emails from your Gmail account. This draft describes the intended service. Complete the operator details and review it before launch.

What Fewsend stores

We store your Google sign-in identity, account and workspace settings, imported contact data, templates, messages, attachments, delivery records, subscription status, and suppression lists. We encrypt the refresh tokens used to send through connected Gmail accounts.

Google account access

Google sign-in uses your name, email address, and profile. Connecting Gmail is a separate choice. Fewsend requests permission to send emails and does not request permission to read your inbox. We do not track email opens or link clicks.

Fewsend's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this data to provide the features you request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising or model training.

Why we use this information

We use account data to deliver the service and handle billing. We use contact data only on your instructions to prepare and send your approved emails, process unsubscribe requests, and prevent duplicate or suppressed sends. Operational logs help us investigate errors and protect the service.

Who processes it

Convex stores application data, Google provides sign-in and email delivery, Vercel hosts the website, Lemon Squeezy processes purchases, and Cloudflare provides domain and support-email routing. See our subprocessor list. Configure the application database in Convex EU West. Other providers may process data outside the EEA, subject to their contractual safeguards.

Retention and your choices

A lapsed plan pauses sending and keeps your data available to read and export. You can disconnect Gmail, revoke access in your Google account, export account records, and delete your Fewsend account. Deletion removes active application data and credentials. Backup copies expire under the documented backup-retention schedule. Payment providers may retain records they are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object where applicable. Contact the operator using the address above. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania. For data a Fewsend customer uploaded about you, contact that sender. We will assist the customer with relevant requests.

We use authentication cookies needed to sign you in and protect your session. The application does not include advertising or email-tracking cookies.
